Rachel Griebel,
MSPT, Senior Physical Therapist

With over two decades of experience as a physical therapist, Rachel specializes in orthopedic care with a whole person, integrative approach. Her clinical expertise includes sports injury rehabilitation, orthopedic surgery recovery, manual therapy, and somatic integration for pain management. Rachel also has training in myofascial and positional release techniques.

Rachel is passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools to understand their bodies, manage pain, recover fully, and pursue their physical goals at every stage of life.

In her free time: Rachel is an avid outdoor enthusiast and endurance athlete. She enjoys trail running, hiking, paddle boarding, cross-country skiing, and yoga. Rachel qualified for the Boston Marathon four times and had the honor of running it twice. Two of her favorite ultra-distance races include the Mary’s Peak 50K and Peterson Ridge 40-miler. Rachel has completed courses on instructor yoga training. Above all, Rachel is passionate about family life and proud to be a mom to three amazing young people.
